Kharghar Navi Mumbai Main Entrance from Pune High Way

Main entrance to Kharghar is through Mumbai-Pune Highway. It is also connected internally through CBD-Belapur. Both of these connections cross each other at Utsav Chowk Kharghar. Utsav Chowk Kharghar could be seen as the main entrance to Kharghar.

Kharghar Navi Mumbai Tour 2008

I bought a flat at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai in 2007, since then I have been looking online to find recent videos or images of Kharghar. But unfortunately I could not find much of my interest. So this year when I went to Kharghar in April 2008, I took some video and photo clips of Kharghar, here are some of them. Hope this will help others who are looking for more information about Kharghar, Navi Mumbai online. I will keep posting more images/videos under this blog for internet users.



Here is a video that covers 360 degree view of Kharghar from 15th floor building located in sector-20 Kharghar. In the begining of this video you will see behind big buildings some open acres of land, this land is reserved for something called central park. This park will be built as big amusement park of mumbai.



Here is a video of Shilp Chowk Kharghar. Shilp Chowk is a new development close to the Central Park, Kharghar. Central Park is a reserved park area spread over few acres and will be used in future to build theme park like Essel World/Appu Ghar or even bigger. Shilp Chowk is a central circle that connects three different sectors i.e. sector-20, sector-21, sector-12 and sector13. Sector 19 and Central park is about 300 meters away from this circle.



The tall red and white building shown in the video also has newly opened ICICI bank branch office and 24/7 ATM center.

Next to Shilp Chowk is this Shopping Mall called Haware Tiara. This shopping Mall has two movie theaters which just got opened. I watched Krazy4 while I was there. It is a nice small movie theater. Ticket price is Rs.80/-.


Sector-20 Splendor Building, Kharghar - My Home




Here is a view of my building called Haware Splendor Society. The open land currently seen as garbage dump is soon going to be turned into a nice park. Construction on this park will start soon.
